The Supreme Court also needs to place a restraining order on New York State with regarding Trump and his immediate family.
Selective/disproportionate prosecution by civil/criminal process for any political purpose (i.e. lawfare) needs to be held to be a violation of Amendments VIII, XIV and XV.
Imagine a state law:
No person that would protect the black race from discrimination shall be eligible to stand for political office.
Right now (by state judicial process):
The person most favored by the white race shall not be eligible to stand for political office in Colorado and Illinois.
Right! End the ‘inquisition’ NOW!!
I don’t see how DJT can avoid naming Paul as VP.
