Deep uncatchable lob also works.

Thirteen straight wins. Hardly a gift from the refs.

If there was going to be an interference call on that play it would be on the OFFENSE, the receiver pushed off, other contact was incidental until after he touched the ball. The refs called a great game.

What replay were you watching? the one I saw shows the defender grabbing the receivers arm before falling down. The grab definately affected the receivers ability to catch the ball.

Well, there is at least one NFL player who is also a
hero.

If it were the other way around, he'd have reviewed it. Goodness, every single game thread on Free Republic, one side ALWAYS, no exception, claims the refs are against them. Please.
To: BOBWADE
The play I saw would be the one that actually happened where the receiver pushed off the defenders shoulder to make the turn around. If the defender affected the receiver's ability to catch the ball then why is it the receiver had both hands UP in the air and touched the ball with both hands? No way the defender effected him. Now the SECOND defender that came in clearly effected his ability to catch the ball but that was AFTER the ball tipped off his hand, after first contact it's anybody's ball no interference.

Oh, well. The Patriots look beatable even at home for a dome team opponent. I think Peyton and company can pull off a win.
Would've been cool to see the two NFL joint-MVPs face each other for the AFC Championship and prove which ONE deserves the title. McNair played terrible tonight. I really don't see how he is rated as high as Peyton Manning. But, I admit my bias towards the Colts. hahahahaha

What? No way. There is NO WAY in which the receiver was interfered with before the ball got to him. He wasn't even touched.

So true.
Hey, I meant to include you in my #401.
