King Carl Gustaf of Sweden had enough and removed the pictures of his daughter Madeleine in the low-cut red dress from a Swedish website.
The King of Sweden saw red when the website svenskaflickor.se published pictures from the Nobel gala in 2002 where Princess Madeleine was wearing a very low-cut dress, according to the Swedish paper Aftonbladet.
Carl Gustaf has now hired lawyers to hunt for the people who offended his daughter on the Internet.
Over the picture, the website wrote «So cute, oh so horny.»
The website has removed the pictures, but added a harsh personal comment directly to the king himself.
«Its ironic that it is we, the tax payers, which provide the family with Swedens largest social security check, money which is paying for your lawyers. It is well known that the daddy in the family is no intelligent giant. It is lucky that we have such generous social securities in Sweden as it is not likely that he would ever get a proper job.»

The offending photo. Uff da!

Reforms are always needed, in all nations, to keep governments current and this is most easily and peacefully accomplished in a constitutional monarchy which has written gurantees of the rights of the people, the power of elected officials and the ability of the emperor to act as a safeguard against ambitious politicians. As a symbolic monarch, the emperor may not rule as in the past, but the presence of the monarch on the throne can stop any oppressive regimes from rising in the future. In a constitutional monarchy, it is not important how little power the monarch has, but how much power he denies to others.
