prayer request for CDHart and husband

My husband has been having chest pains and had an episode of atrial fibrillation in October 2003. He is scheduled for a heart catheterization on Sept. 29. I would appreciate prayer for him to have a successful procedure with no side effects and also for guidance for the medical people who will care for him and for the healing of his heart. Thanks to all of you.

Tell your hubby that our prayers are with him.
And for what it's worth...the procedure is the easy part. And it is far better to spot trouble and fix it, than it is to get a rude, shocking surprise sometime in the future.
I've been through two of these; first time they put in 3 stents...next time, they found me to be all clear!

Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that we are fearfully and wonderfully made ... even the very hairs of our head are numbered. Reveal the suspect areas in the heart of Carolyn's beloved husband, O God ... and may they respond to the simplest treatment. Give wisdom to those administering the test ... to those who make judgment ... to those who will recommend a course of action. May it be, Merciful Father, that Your hand of healing has already been visited upon him ... that nothing further will be needed.
