Mo, dear, I've seen you mention that year a couple of times. I assume that is when your youngest becomes of age. But, I must impart some bad news. You think you will have an empty nest? That is fiction. Kids these days consider the nest has a revolving door. They come back for various reasons.
I suggest you get gone in your motor home in 2018 and leave no forwarding address. LOL
I know .. I listen to all the stories that are told to me ... that's the reason for the motor home:0)
I'll keep the house, because I know they'll be back and I'll visit on the Holidays
