Thanks, I've been wondering today if there's a thread on FR that chronicles all the dem bad behavior in this campaign. Search isn't working on FR and I haven't seen one yet.

The dems must be pretty pleased with what they've given birth to during this campaign. From the kid who was responsible for vandalizing Bush campaign signs and painting a swastika and the word "Nazi" in Duluth:

"It was not an act of hate," said Dustin "Dusty" Dzuck, 17, a senior at Denfeld High School. "My mom called me a terrorist. It wasn't terrorism; it was activism. It was for a cause.... The whole thing is, basically, I just wanted to get the word out there that in my opinion Bush isn't doing this country any good."

Dzuck said his actions bothered him more when he learned James is an Army veteran.

At least there's a glimmer of remorse compounded by the fact his victim is a veteran, which is more than I can say for Kedwards.

And finally, Lynne Cheney says what I've been thinking all day!

My mom called me a terrorist. It wasn't terrorism; it was activism.

There was a story in this morning's local paper about a nearby power plant on high alert because some suspicious people have been spotted near the premises. In one of the all time stupid remarks of the year:

... Plant Manager Wayne Irons said he believes those involved are members of a group of environmental activists, not terrorists.

Um, Wayne, environmental activists generally are terrorists, or haven't you heard of ELF and EarthFirst?

The pearls are easy as one of my interests is strining beads & making jewelry... earring/neck sets etc. Sold at Saks for a few years..

I have some interesting pearl combos.. plus the regular pearl.. both freshwater & faux.

These people hate GWB's faith walk, don't respect life the way we do... would rather kill unborn children than capital criminals, and have a very self centered agenda much of the time.

Look out, incoming long winded response!!...

I agree. Liberals, even those who attend church, try to equate a person of faith such as our president with The Inquisition. I've learned from some that they equate all republicans with religious zealots because of the Moral Majority and their support of GHWB as a recent example.

Now you and I know that GWB and republicans aren't about forcing "nonbelievers" and the like to religion but they really don't have any other argument.

How do you argue that adultery is a good thing that doesn't hurt anybody and makes the world a better place? You can't. How do you argue that abortion on demand up until birth is a reasonable approach to women's health these days? You can't. How do you argue that the gay lifestyle is a positive environment for raising children? You can't, so you deflect the argument by making the people who point out bad behavior appear to be zealots hell bent on taking over your life. To be fair, there are many religious types that do wish to force all of us to their idea of a life in servitude to their god. A moot point in as much as no such person would ever be elected to the presidency, not even by the most God fearing among us. Because we understand that we don't have a monopoly on religion and we were taught to be respectful of others beliefs. That whole leaving England because of religious persecution thingy comes to mind.

My question for liberals is, how did conservatives successfully turn the word liberal into a dirty word, something liberals growl about all the time. For years liberals sneered when the word conservative passed their lips, it has never made me feel bad to be conservative, I've never felt the need to hide my beliefs. Liberals have the power to decide if liberal is a dirty word and something to be ashamed of, not I. They're uncomfortable with it because they know the majority of their policies and the way they live their lives are wrong. Not just morally wrong but inconducive to healthy living, for EVERYONE.

That and they're just peeved they've lost all power in Washington DC. Like Rush says, if they can't be in charge, i.e., TELLING PEOPLE HOW TO LIVE THEIR LIVES, the game is no longer any fun and like a spoiled only child liberals want to go home with their ball. But since the answer isn't as simple as going home with the ball we must suffer through all their machinations.

Funny how most of the horrors liberals try to pin on us are what they do, want to do or have done to all Americans.

Liberal is shorthand for teenager who never grew up.

Sounds like Wayne is trying not to step on any toes. Especially those greenies, they'll tie up a power company with silly lawsuits just for grins.

I never did get to watch the local news for coverage of the violent dems but it might be safe to say they didn't cover it. The local ABC site doesn't have a story either.

Could Hillary's Teflon be flaking off?

The Justice Department is setting its sights on Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign in pursuit of possible fund-raising violations.

In targeting a rising star in the Democratic Party, prosecutors are trying to gain the cooperation of an indicted businessman who raised the allegations, interviews and documents indicate. The FBI has told a U.S. magistrate in Los Angeles it has evidence the former first lady's campaign deliberately understated its fund-raising costs so it would have more money to spend on elections, and prosecutors allege one of her fund-raisers helped because he wanted a pardon from her husband.

"The event's costs exceeded $1 million, but the required forms filed by New York Senate 2000 ... months after the event incorrectly disclosed that the cost of the event was only $523,000," said the 2002 FBI affidavit, which was unsealed in the summer. "It appears that the true cost of the event was deliberately understated in order to increase the amount of funds available to New York Senate 2000 for federal campaign activities."

The document also said a $366,000 donation to the gala was incorrectly listed as coming from the company Paul co-founded, Stan Lee Media, when it really came from Paul personally. Full story

Soon everyone with financial responsibility on hilly's campaign will come down with Alzheimers.

Well, well... the only local TV station to run a story on the union thugs is a CBS affiliate. But true to form they down played the injuries.

Go here for story and video from CBS.

Go here for sound clips of GOP official who was in the middle of the it all. From local radio, also CBS.

One man who already had a broken leg had his head slammed against the window of the headquarters by the thugs, in addition to the man who came away with a broken wrist.

Watch the CBS TV video to see just how incomplete their report is and the leader of the group, Mr. Van Church a 53-year old Orange County Librarian is confused as to why he'd be arrested. Imagine, being arrested for assaulting people!

Most excellent rant.

The whole person seeks to fulfill each of its needs. WE have physical, emotional & spiritual needs.

The missing of the emotional & Physical grove is much easier to spot with representative Medical & psychological problems

The person without a spiritual walk/faith with his Creator will fulfill this with NON spiritual things.. the ego strongly in charge in opposition to God's plan, that His spirit will be in charge.

Vanity activities of politics, career, sportoholics, any type of activism are possibilities. The terrorists fulfillment is all too evident.

We really are unwhole/unbalanced when we use these "substitutes" for God's plan. But like other things in life - it is our choice.

I've been wondering since the Dims had to pull all of their TV ads in Missouri and Colorado, what happened to Mama T's cash stash?

Even Kerry's own wife won't help him out with her own funds!
