Posted on 11/09/2004 9:12:30 PM PST by fo0hzy
Is this a vanity? I dunno... I can barely SEE ANYTHING because my vision is blurred from all the tears... I haven't sneezed this much in MANY MANY YEARS... my chest hurts now :(
Anyone else afflicted?

Thank you!
It came on all at once this morning... been sneezing all day... no other symptoms, other than sniffly nose. But the constant sneezing is killing more brain cells than any case of Buckhorn Beer could...

My doctor put me on zinc. He said take a dose every 5 hours with food - for 2 or 3 days. It usually kicks the germ's butts.

Is that something I can extract from a household cleanser? heh... I'm too tired to drive.... in fact, I'm almost too tired to post.

Benydryl is one brand name of it, it is also in most over the counter sleep aids and allergy meds.
I have been using tons of it for years and my doc says it appears to be safe. (but do not od) 100mg seems to counter my alergic reactions. Less with some people.

Yeah I'll pick something up tomorrow (LATER TODAY)... for the most part I figured it was allergies. But it's grown into a full-fleged headache now, and the spittle and snot continue to spray. Yummy. I'm too sexy for my illness.

I buy the walmart brand sleep aid liquicaps. They are pure Diphenhydro and fast acting.
The walmart Alergy capsules are good too,but take longer.
It is fairly cheap that way. Should take care of the sniffles and sneezes.

Have you had any indoor water problems recently? past 2 weeks to 2 months or so?
Might need to have your air tested for mold.

BTW,it is kinda strage that this has just happened out of the blue.
You may have got into something that you are alergic to and are just now finding out.
That happened to me with pine pollen.
Food, household sprays and other stuff gets me as well.

No, nothing like it... just me and my cat & dog (both of which I've had for two years)... this seems to have come out of the ever-lovin' blue. Yesterday I was fine; today I'm a wheezing, sneezing, coughing, snuffing dumbass.

I would experiment with the tiactin. It has a powerful anti-fungal that some people react to.
But it will drive you nuts trying to figure it out and prove it. I never heard of sneezing as a reaction.
Get the active ingredient name and check web MD for more info.It should list the alergic reactions reported on the drug. Some people react violently to some of that stuff.

I spend more and more time, looking up these things lately.
It seems to get worse with every passing year.
Rashes, and allergic misery.
The world is getting too complicated, and too chemically fortified.
Oh well.........I suppose it could be worse:-)
