Also, you are going by the word of *one* investigator? Try a preponderance of the evidence AND read more or listen to more than just one investigator.

There weren't any prints because the walk ways were cleared. They had cement walk ways around alot of the house including going by that basement window.

There *was* evidence of someone breaking in through that small basement window and leaving marks on the wall and items below it.

And there *was* a hair found on Jon Benet that doesn't match any of her family, even those not known to be in Co at the time. IIRC, it was a pubic hair.

All of this does negate Snapple's theory.

The Communists have a long history of using minorities and people with grudges for their own purposes. They played on nationalist resentments against colonialism all over the third world. They played on black resentment against America (e.g. Paul Robison). They played on Indian resentment against Hispanic rulers in South America. The hatred and resentment of other people are useful tools for them.

Muslim terrorists obviously see the same opportunities--to convert black criminals in prison, for instance, or to ally themselves with the Basques in Spain.

So filiations among Communist radicals, Muslim terrorists, and AIM would be all too natural. Real Indians with a sense of pride in themselves might not fall for this stuff, but marginal and resentful Indians who blame the white man for all their troubles very well might.

The only point you suggest that I find hard to believe is that they would kill this little girl because of the coincidence of a name. I'd look for some other connection, maybe, between the parents and AIM or other Indians. How much does an unsolved murder case really hurt the FBI? What AIM needs is more along the lines of another Ruby Ridge, some means of stirring up hatred between the FBI and the Indians, and this really doesn't do it.

I know. I was trying to make a point as to why they left CO so soon after the murder.

I remember reading that they had a Christmas party at their house. Also I remember that Patsy said the son was asleep when they made the call about the missing girl but the son's voice could be heard in the background. True?

Former part is wrong, latter part is allegedly right.

IF the 911 caller was correct.

Snapple,

I'm sorry.. that should read, "None of this negates Snapple's theory" or "All of this does not negate Snapple's theory."

Has anyone seen the son in recent years? He should be grown now.

You are very far behind in this case. There was NO pubic hair. It was a body hair and it belonged to one of the Ramseys. Melinda I believe. It's been so long ago that I've forgotten the specifics.

Not that I know of. I think he's in private school or was.

He was effectively kept from the media and from talking as far as I know.

Ummm are you sure? I understood at the time that they thought it was one of Jon Benet's sister's hair..but that later it came out that it wasn't.

Didn't they even exhume or were they planning on exhuming the other sister?

Scipio Aemilianus (full name Publius Cornelius Scipio Aemilianus Africanus Minor) was the Roman commander who captured and destroyed Carthage in 146 B.C. By birth he was a son of Lucius Aemilius Paullus, who won the battle of Pydna in 168 B.C. and ended the kingdom of Macedonia. He was adopted by a son of Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus (the general who beat Hannibal at the battle of Zama in 202 B.C.).

Scipio Aemilianus was the brother-in-law of Tiberius and Gaius Gracchus, the famous tribunes. He was fighting a war in Spain when Tiberius Gracchus was murdered but expressed his approval of his death...so when Aemilianus was found dead a few years later some people suspected he had been murdered. Both his wife and his mother-in-law (the sister of his adoptive father) were suspected of killing him. Possibly he just died in his sleep of natural causes.

Nancy Krebs? Is she the Krebs psycho? (I have a vague recollection of hearing about that in a biology course...)

Maybe there are connections to these AIM people you named from prior business and social circles of the Ramsey's. I do believe it was the parents (one or the other) that killed JonBenet.

Maybe some of these people helped make noise to muddle the investigation. But I look no further past the parents.

I would also like to see someone reexamine their other daughter's death. I know it was reported as a car accident; but I get suspicious because of the circumstances from JonBenet's death.
