PLEASE HELP!! TRYING TO FIND ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING DOG CUSTODY/OWNERSHIP. IS THERE ANY MEASURE THAT I CAN TAKE TO HELP OBTAIN SOLE GUARDIANSHIP IN COURT? I CANT FIND ANY INFORMATION REGUARDING CUSTODY DELEGATION.......ANY & ALL HELP EXTREMELY APPRECIATED

I don't think you're going to find anything. Pets are property, so it's up to the judge. (Just don't tell the pets they're property...)

Dogs are chattel. So it would be like any other piece of property, like a couch or TV set.
Whoever can prive ownership will prevail. In the meantime, posession is 9/10s of the law.
Some judges will bend the law a bit, but the basic law is as I stated.
