Most apps don't have a mean bone in their body :) and are careful when they throw a fit that no one gets hurt.
Now, are you sure you are telling her what to do or are you just agreeing to do what she wants to do?
My mare and I used to have converstations I swear. She'd say, are you sure you want to do this? and I'd say, Yep, I'm sure - why - don't you think it's a good idea? One time she and I really argued about going up a mountain trail, and she finally went because my husband had already gone ahead on his horse. She made it real clear it was NOT a good idea. When we got to the top, we were in time to see sand still falling back into the tracks of a good size mountain lion track.
I learned something that day - if she really didn't like an idea, there was probably a good reason.

As everyone said, try just clipping his claws.
Also, get a squirt bottle full of water and squirt him when he claws you. Either that or a fairly light container of some kind with pebbles in it - something that rattles. Throw that at him. He's a smart cat, he'll learn.

I'm going to give it a try this evening. He isn't a mean cat. He is just playing. I used to do the water thing with a cat that tried to hypnotize my parrot but I don't think it would work with him caz he wakes me up and I kick him away before I'm really awake.

Congratulations for your new foal! I am looking forward to pictures!
To: CindyDawg
What is that a picture of?
To: Beaker
I know it's kind of blurry but it came from a crackerjack box and I taped it to a door and took a picture. It's a horse though. Can you see her? A young girl that knew I liked horses gave it to me.
To: CindyDawg
What a sweet thought on her part. I'm sorry, I see a frog, not a horse - I'll get my glasses.

It is a frog but look at it sideways.
To: CindyDawg
LOL Okay, I saved it to my desktop and then rotated it and I could see it.

:')I just wish I could have posted it clearer. It was the best my camera could do.
To: CindyDawg
Well, it really was clear enough if you looked past the frog :)
Obviously, today, I'm operating at 1/2 speed.

Yeah, all I see is a frog too. I'll keep lookin' though. My dad is down to visit and he walked in on me moving my head at extreme angles trying to see the horse in the picture, and demanded to know what the h*ll I was doing. :-)
We went to a Mike Seeger concert. It was really really good.
To: Beaker
LOL. I would have liked to have seen that. Once you see it, you see it though:')
To: Beaker
Hey, I had to snag the picture to my desktop so I could rotate it before I saw it. :)

Good Morning. It's a cruddy day here today. Rainy and overcast. The teps aren't too bad though. I have my bedroom window open and I'm getting a nice breeze. Thought I heard a couple of rumbles of thunder last night.

I think today here is going to be nicer then yesterday, but we did get a freeze here last night. My bird bath was iced over. Garden looks like it survived tho.
