THE mystery of the Brad Pitt-Jennifer Aniston breakup has been solved, the NY POST reported on Wednesday. Aniston has finally broken her silence to Leslie Bennetts, who will write up the interview for VANITY FAIR.

Contrary to early speculation, "She told Bennetts she did want babies with Brad, and that starting a family wasn't the issue... The issue was Brad cheated . . . and she is appalled by the 'family photos' coming out in W."

Brad and Angelina Jolie posed with pretend kids as one big happy family in the upcoming monthly.

The entertainment industry is awash in narcissism and vice. We should hardly be surprised he cheated, we should only be surprised he took so long to do it, if we all care to waste any time and energy to think about it at all.

Regards, Ivan

Actors can be sleazeballs, but Angelina Jolie is especially scuzzy IMO.

Aniston seems like a straight shooter, though she doesn't talk to her mother. Jolie doesn't talk to her father. Meg Ryan doesn't talk to her mother either. It's bizarre.

When your acting... and your kissing, groping, touching, feeling another person, as an actor of course, is that still cheating?

It would royally piss me off if my wife was doing that.

Therefore, I could never marry an actress.

Brad cheated? Wow. I'm shocked. Cheating is unheard of in Hollywood.

It's one thing to cheat, another to then turn around and do an in-your-face photo shoot in a magazine where you cavort with your cheating partner. Good for Aniston for spoiling it for them.

Those are terms I couldn't live with, but in the case of Brad and Jennifer, I would say that is definitely not the same thing. For me and my husband, you bet it's the same thing.

A lot of actors must have sad, empty lives.

I feel bad for her. She had every right to expect a deep, meaningful, faithful, truthful, and eternal relationship when she hooked up with a Hollywood movie star. Who would expect that with her mediocre looks - even with primping and makeup - she wouldn't be able to hold his attention?

(That's my sarcasm quota for the day!)

Ya know, I have a hard time mustering any sympathy for her. Her husband cheated..big freakin deal. Thank God there were no children. They obviously weren't meant for each other, she'll have another "love of her life" in about five minutes and maybe Jolie is the love of his...These people think they're the only ones with heartache? At least they can live well while they're falling apart, unlike the rest of us.

Say what you say about Tom Cruise....he kept quiet about Nicole Kidman's infidelity and let her act like the poor victim, which helped her halted career. But everyone knows it was she who cheated on him. But she sure did play the victim to the hilt, didn't she?

Surprise of all surprises, I disagree with you. I love Jolie. I totally understand why men fall in love with her and I hope she and Pitt are happy. I have no..zero...sympathy for Aniston, or any of them.

Aniston is quite attractive. But as for looks, Anne Bancroft clearly knew that beauty comes from within. 40 years married to Mel Brooks.

I think she is the better actress and she has been busy in her career.

Just when did her career stall?

I never read much about her, I only knew she was Tom's beard for some time.

Whoa, Hildy, lol, that's tough. You know, I don't like betrayal in any form. And I doubt it hurts less just because you have money.

Didn't she just die like last week? (Anne Bancroft?)

I love Jolie...

Are you aware of her support of the Palestinians? Of their "right" to get "their homeland" back? Do you know that she pals around with the former Queen of Jordan, who is very anti-Israel?

Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Please Don't Go to Washington - Angelina Jolie's & Brad Pitt's Nutty Politics

"...Meet the new, re-packaged Angelina Jolie, Goodwill Ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner on Refugees (UNHCR). In cover stories in July's Marie Claire and yesterday's USA Today, she's hailed for pretending to care about the world's poor, helpless, impoverished children . But, when she's not making out with Jordan's Queen Noor at anti-Semitic, anti-American hate-fests, Jolie is cheering on Palestinian terrorists in development (who aren't covered by UNHCR, anyway - a topic of an upcoming column). Jolie is enthralled by Palestinian children's desire to terrorize Jews and Israelis.

After a visit to the Al-Ruweished Palestinian refugee camp in Jordan, Jolie quoted them approvingly in her journal: "Be patient we will take our revenge [sic] we will take our homes back . . . . (Smiles, fists in the air) Palestine, your name is in our veins." Jolie explains, "Their dream is to see their homeland. . . . It was very moving to hear them speak of the dream." Like the late Yasser Arafat, Ms. Jolie finds Palestinian kids' call for "revenge" with fists in the air "very moving." Is this what she's teaching her adopted son, Maddox? She now sports an Arabic tattoo she got on her Christmas vacation with Maddox to Lebanon and Egypt.

Jolie was honored at a March benefit for refugees at the Kuwaiti embassy. But her buddies in Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and the rest of the Muslim world refuse to give a penny to her young Palestinian refugee friends who live in their midst."
