Oh, my. We have to talk about this. Some meteorolgist is claiming that Katrina was created and driven. He says that the Russians have claimed that they can do this. They also created Ivan. This storm was designed to stike our oil and natural gas facilities.
More CoastToCoastAM lunacy.
"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important."
[Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 counterterrorism conference sponsored by former Senator Sam Nunn. Quoted from DoD News Briefing, Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, Q&A at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy, University of Georgia , Athens , Apr. 28, 1997].
I believe it. I saw it with my own two eyes while I was remote viewing.
So the Russians created and guided Katrina and Ivan.
I see, their plan is to wait for the National Hurricane Center to put out the list of storm names and when they see names that are Russian based, or something similar to Russian, then they do their dastardly deed.
Wow, those Ruskies are smart!
If Bush wouldn't have been so hard on Putin, this might not have happened.
This crap isn't funny and the show producers should apologize.
And whats more! Hoagland's on it! Its like, everywhere you turn, when there is a conspiracy, Hoagland is on it!
Cool! Two idiots for the price of one! Now the weather guy is talking to Richard Hoaxland...
I have heard some wild stories, like global warming caused the hurricane, but this I can believe. Those Rooskies are always up to something.
These are the same folks that can't feed their people, or keep their Navy afloat, and I'm supposed to believe that they can influence the weather?
If there where such technology....the generator would be located on the west coast of Africa...
Anyone with the time to debunk...might start looking there...
Are there any facilities capable of sustaining large amounts of equipment in that area?
Are there published papers on this tech?
Far fetched for sure...but if you wanted a steath weapon against the US economy...a targeted super storm would be it...
You can read all about his idea here at Hoaxland's blog!
Unless this quote is completely false - obviously there is concern. And no doubt WE are looking at the technology too. I would imagine that the idea of "cloud seeding" to make it rain would seem pretty far-fetched 100 years ago too.
That said - I think the odds that these hurricanes are caused by "somebody" is about 1 goobzillion billion trillion to 1.
BBC World was saying it is a direct result of Bush ignorance for Kyoto treaty
Doug, while it's true that we have free speech in this country, Coast to Coast is a genuine menace sometimes. There are times when I wish we had the system they do in the UK where libel laws are stronger and the government can place limits on the media in the interest of national security.
