There are times when you should just shut up and keep your opinions to yourself. This is such a time.

at some point you have to stop the party nonsense, and realize this effects people from all walks of life, and all political parties.

I have to disagree. BC and GHWB have the experience to pull this off.

Your complaining about the President having ex-presidents help with disaster relief?

well sure, but in the meantime, the DC Dems and the media are busy tarring Bush at every turn. where is their political "turn the other cheek" approach to this calamity?

I may be wrong but you sound just as political as the Dems who blamed Bush for all of this.

I think that if Clinton can get some of those Blue state libs to get off their butts and get into some action, it's a good thing.

Billory will be there no matter what with the MSM drolling on every word. Better to keep them under control.

Clinton now has to show up at fundraisers to get his picture taken with big Katrina donors.

This is the important work you think Bush should be doing instead of running the country?

Absurd.

I'm glad to see he is sending the Bush/Clinton team. They did a superb job raising money for the tsunami victims. The more private money/assets we can raise, perhaps the less government money/assets are needed.

I have to agree with you on this. I makes you wonder who they're going to be traveling with in the '08 elections.

It's unthinkable that Reagan would have turned over something so potentially popular

Sure, BUSH needs to exploit this tragedy for his own popularity...-sarc
