I have a question. A couple times over the last month or so I have logged onto FR and there have been quick links at the top of the page on the current hottest topics. There were maybe a dozen, give or take.
Was that just a test thing? If it's a regular thing then how do I get them? I can't find a button or anything but really liked them and would like to have them at the top again.

I probably should have mentioned this sooner, but my quicklinks do not show up when a new message shows up from my locale board. Locale message, no quicklinks. No new locale messages, quicklinks are there.
I think they're always there at the top of the main page ... has your beeber been stuned?
There are no quick links at the top. I've spent the entire last week on FR, during the whole hurricane, and I haven't seen the quick links once.
Is there some kind of setting that I'm missing?
At first I wasn't sure what you were talking about, but I'm sure now! Thanks! I just permanently got rid of the local board stuff, and now the quick links are there.

Okay, how did you fix it?
For me I had that local Houston forum thingy, and one of the posts was always at the top of FR's main browse page.
There was a link up there to not see it every time, so I clicked on it and just got rid of the local forum completely. I was immediately able to see the quick links, and they are still there.
I can't give you better instructions because the local part is gone now, and so is the link, but just look towards the top for anything like I described.
