I like 'em both. They are refreshing. Shep is funny and very personable and Geraldo is a go getter and doesn't mind getting dirty. Both may be hokey but I like 'em.
Yep, I agree. Shep reminds me of a 1970s era pro wrestling announcer, maybe in Mid-South or in Memphis.
Hopefully bound and gagged somewhere. His coverage has been
sensationalistic, opportunistically pessimistic and Emmy-hungry.... he is and always has been a disgrace. I've been saying it for years.
I like the way Shep adds his 2 cents to the news. He blunders his lines and keeps going. Geraldo is a showboater but I give the guy credit for not letting anyone get him down. He believes in whatever he takes on and goes after it with a zeal. And I love a scrapper who is not afraid of humiliation.
"Interviewing the dead guy on the Interstate." Shep says "what are you still doing out here?" ...and the dead guy responds "none of.............."
ROFLMAO!
I agree with you...
I find him incredibly feminine in his mannerisms...doesn't sit well....
His actions of hitting that female reporter
in Florida a few years ago put him on my do not watch list. What kinda lowlife guy intentionaly hits a women, with a car nonetheless???
NeverGore :^)
I believe he's from Mississippi.
I agree.
Shep has been there since last Saturday or Sunday.
Hasn't missed much from the onset of the hurricane.
Shep was genuinely UPSET.
Yeah, he is fey..unmarried. I saw him openly flirt with Congressman David Dreier in a segment. I guarantee you that Rush Limbaugh doesn't appreciate that Shep hit Daryn Kagan with his car.
He'll be back.
CNN & MSNBC had reporters POINTING OUT
BODIES, here, there, everywhere.
Guess you missed it.
I think so too. Even the military, who had seen combat in Iraq, said the misery in New Orleans was worse and they never wanted to see anything like that again.
I think the people on the overpass with Shep would have waited even longer to receive help, if Shep wasn't telling the rescuers where they were. I thought he did a great job .
That's why I like Fox- their reporting is more.....Human? Folksy? can't think of the right words, but it's very different from the removed, sterile coverage on the other networks.
I'm wondering if any of the other network's reporters went in and rescued people.
Yeah, he looked oddly well coiffed and clean shaven during this whole thing... he is a douche bag of the highest order.
Mr Smith was outraged by lack of Federal aid for
the victums and blew a gasket and yelled about a dead man at the side of the road that hadn't been recovered !He was
in full outrage and filled with anger .
>>>Where is Shepard Smith?<<<
In the rubber room, with one of those very stylish white jackets with wraparound sleeves, crying "French Quarter, French Quarter, French Quarter."
Who cares? Hopefully they will fire him.
He had been suffering from a Prozac deficiency...
