I'm going to try your recipe john. I have a king salmon filet that I'm going to steam, cool and use in a spinach, red onion, mandarin, vinegrette salad, then top with the pecans. Thank you.

I forgot to mention that I liberally use pan release (Pam, if you don't have the commercial spray) to spray both the sheet pan and the parchment paper. If you don't have Pam, butter the parchment paper on both sides. Otherwise, it's a mess.

Well, I have been saying that we need to nail the dead terrorists carcasses into a coffin with a freshly slaughtered hog, or, grind up the dead carcasses of the terrorists and feed it to the hogs and slaughter the hogs while the dead terrorists decomposing bodies are in the hogs' digestive tracts and bury the whole mess and show it on al-jazeera.

Kindly check your FRmail. I have a video for your perusal. And, no, it's neither gory nor dirty. What WERE you-all thinking?! ;)

Daisy and I are BOLD MOUSE alert down here in the bunker.

A small gray field mouse was roaming around my floor, totally unconcerned about my being a few feet away on the bed.

I pointed it out to super dog and she FINALLY alerted to it and chased after it.

It ran into the crawl space and hasn't been seen yet...but Daisy is on alert scouring the floor, over and over again.

Did I ever tell about the time I bagged a mouse with a .44 Magnum?

I'll shut up now. ;)

Why is it the smallest things scare u the most??

I set the trap...ughhh..I had to stragtically place it wher Daisy can't get to it and snap her nose off.

This is one bold and brave ass little mouse

Because, as the saying goes, it is the little things that get you...

Mousetraps are nasty implements, indeed. Yuk.

A co-worker of mine uses those humanity traps, the ones that trap the mice alive. Then she takes it down to the end of her property and releases it.

......not as yuky but certainly ineffective, no?

Perzactly....I am not liking the fact that this little creature is roaming around and not afraid of me...it ran like a bat out of hell from Daisy tho and she hasn't been able to settle down since chasing it away.

Yeah, as TTVA says, you should take them [miles] away, then release them...into the cat pound. Meow, free lunch! ;)

K, please know you and your entire family are in my prayers.

Special sweet prayers for little Jacob.

Mice Patrol.

I am tired...but too nervous yet to go to sleep.

I made a pumpkin cheesecake tonite, to bring to work tomorrow.

If it comes out great, I will make one for home tomorrow night.
