We were out yesterday . . . I took the in-laws to Universal Studios and boy were the UT fans out in number. I thought I was in Texas . . . it was great!

I used to be a commercial real estate broker, before my children. Loved it.
Big difference between that and residential, though. We used to dread dealing with any of the residential realtors, because they were so stupid.
It is not difficult to get a RE license. And not only are JQP Housebuyers idiots, but most realtors are, as well.

I also resolve to get a better job - preferably in Iraq. A year over there can give us a start on building our house, and pay for law school for me. Plus, it's just so much fun. ;-P
