Manteca, Calif. -- Police were looking for a woman who reportedly bit off a piece of her sister's middle finger during a fight.
Stephanie Cuellar, 35, fled Dec. 23 when a family member called the police as she and her sister, Cynthia Cuellar, 34, argued in their home over the older sister's alleged drug use, said Manteca Police Department spokesman Rex Osborn.
During the conflict, Stephanie Cuellar bit off the tip of her sister's right middle finger at the first knuckle,

True, and Manteca is just north of Salida which is just north of Modesto and not too far from Los Banos and Madera.
