LOL almost exactly my same experiance. I was hated in school too because I was a "geek/nerd."
I was one of those too. Still it did have it's advantages, in first grade, I did get bumped up to the sixth grade class while they were studying space travel. I was three years old when I remember Apollo 11 landing on the Moon in 1969 and I've been hooked on science ever since. As I got older, I got interested in electronics and radio, especially shortwave. Still though, if someone's radio or tape deck died, then you get friends quick B-)

Yeah thats true. I did good in the science related stuff (espcially space). Cool about the radio and electronics :)
