Opinions anyone? How extravagantly overblown is this scenario with the submarines appear?

We made sure, in 1975, that North Vietnam inherited no working U.S. nuclear reactor; and in 1979, that the Ayatollah inherited no functional air-to-air missiles from the Shah. With the help of India, I think we can guarantee that no Pakistani terrorist government had nuclear warheads long.

Probably one of the reasons we are giving so much to the Indians.

Perhaps the biggest worry is the trio of French-built Agosta 90B stealth submarines, each capable of carrying 16 cruise missiles with nuclear payloads. The Pakistani military is very proud of its subs and well they should be. They are at the top of the class for French submarines.Wasn't there an article that during the Falklands War, Thatcher pressured the French to give the British some override code for the French-built Argentine ships? Of course, that ain't gonna work if the Pakistanis have built their own subs to French plans - they'll leave step 4197,b, install override chip, right out.
