And now the Dinklemeyer:
As far as the Dinklemeyer cartoon universe goes, this is the official turning point. The strip right here makes the transition from being a poignant look at a lonely boy (there is still more of that in the future though) to a goofy, funny cartoon. This also continues the Pig Acceptance Story in which the talking pig is pressing for acceptance in the Dinklemeyer household. How this ties in with that, well see next time. And it is too funny.
A shift is ahead. Some big FReeptoon changes are about to happen.
First and biggest, I need to find some new days to post. The posting schedule is up for a change. Some thoughts and suggestions on this would be helpful.
Also, I'm about to start taking my name out of the title. It just seems too vain.
Archives are on my home page.
Um...it's still there.
Are you looking at doing more posting, less, or just different days? How about Monday-Wednesday-Friday?
Check post #1
Well, it's always like that when you first post.
Ooops, my bad, it's never there on your first post.
Just different days. I'm thinking Mondays and Thursdays. But I have to get it by everyone first.
Your name should be on the title. After all, it is your cartoon show.
what's with the weasle in the chainsaw? Did that really happen once?
BTW, I don't see a problem with you name in the title.
BTW, I think you should keep your name in the title - it's your work, nothing vain about taking credit for what you actually do!!
I've heard of bees in bonnets....
Well, as the cartoons have become more and more popular, I'm thinking it seems a little vain.
"Pcottraux's Tuesday FReeptoon" would turn into "Tuesday FReeptoon." Same difference.
The weasel is a combination of funny words. "Chainsaw" is a kind of funny word. So is "Weasel." So I combined the two and came up with a special type of weasel...weasels that hide in people's chainsaws.
And let's not forget peas in a pod.
Well, so far, people seem to want me to keep my name in.
Good job tonite - those are great.
I agree with what others here have said...leave your name in the title.
Also, add me to you pinglist, please.
