Witches like Clinton defender Wendy Murphy and evidently amateur race pimps like the one mentioned in this story are the only ones understanding that a 90 per cent identification of man who had a mustache but who in reality never has had a mustache put this prosecutor on island of legal ethics that even the Sharptons and Jacksons want no part of.

I was amazed with that ID. She picked Evans out of a lineup with 90% certainty, but it would be 100% if he still had his mustache. Evans never had a mustache according to the defense attorney and has pictures to prove it.

Yup!
Ending the Lacross season, firing the coach, and condemming the entire team, does not constitue 'tainting the jury pool', but proclaiming one's innocences is!

IDIOT ALERT!

Just this AM on CBS' morning show, Murphy waved away the moustache issue, saying it could have been a "shadow." That bitch in incredible...

If it could have easily been a shadow, then how the heck could she not pick him out of the line-up? I mean, it couldn't have been a very big mustache if it could have been a shadow, and is it really that hard to imagine what someone would look like with a small mustache?

Murphy has a shadow where her brain ought to be.

No, no, silly! Evans wore a fake mustache of course. Part of the Duke LAX gang rape kit.

Actually, Rush's comments weren't so much about McNabb, but about the media's reactions to McNabb. People forget about that...

It's worth noting that the lineup is worthless, as it only included Duke LAX team members. And this after the local fishwrap had helpfully printed a complete team roster with pics.

She also ID'd 4 men, not three.

This is probably true but a secondary motivation. What I saw was an honest kid up there telling the truth with no lawyer by his side. Trying to clear his name and shaming an out of control prosecutor who is dragging his lacrosse team friends through the mud.

Not to say a lawyer might not have advised him on this clever, honest, forthright course of action. But no visible media spin team, which must have impressed TV viewers. Score one for lacrosse team and a loss for the racist prosecutor

A shadow? The shadow of a mustache? I presume everybody broke out laughing at that comment. That sounds as dumb as saying the guys put on jackets before rape.

Murphy defended her emasculated boy the Rapist in Chief when he said" I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinksy". She also gave him a pass when he told his rape victim to put some ice on that. She is a man hating liberal Massachusetts Democrat hack who likes her men girly like Dukakis, Kennedy, and the spandex wearing Mr. Pickle Princess. Mr. Evans stood up before the whole world and told the truth and she cannot handle truth.

Remember that ESPN is part of the conglomerate that also owns ABC -- hence, the bias.

And they are all owned by the evil Disney.

Thanks. I have to say that I'm one of more conspicuous spies, since I spout my conservative beliefs weekly on my local public-access show, among other forums! ;-)

A sports reporter is so far down on the food chain of human endeavor that the posting of his drivel is inexcusable.

To post such garbage is to encourage the man to believe he is worth the air he breathes every day.

He did have a lawyer by his side - the same one who spoke out Friday evening when they got the recent DNA results faxed to them at the end of the business day/week. Nice touch there....

But anyway, the lawyer let the young man speak for himself, and I think he did very well.
