I do not see a need for federal legislation on the matter, however. Because national cemeteries are under federal jurisdiction the legislation had to be at the federal level.

I do not see a need for federal legislation on the matter, however. I assume the federal legislation is to cover gaps in jurisdiction, which is why it only covers national cemetaries.

There is a group of 'christians' who see it as their mission from God to go about saying "Thank God for dead soldiers". Hannity and Colmes interviewed one of these so called 'christians, lowercase 'c' on purpose, and she was a total freaking moonbat. I think this is what you are referring to.
