Just interviewed the woman who talked to him, said the car hit his bike, his head hit the windshield, he flew over the car, rolled over and over and over, hit his head again on something (couldn't understand what she was talking about, assume something on the road), then stopped, she asked him his name, he asked her where he was, what city he was in, tried to get up and she made him stay down.

Live feed is showing pics of the car - the windshield has an amazing, horrific head-sized inches deep shatter impression.
