wonder what his religion is.
A murderous looking man, that Alofa Time, who killed an innocent mother and child while speeding with a severed head in his trunk.
That's weird one.
Kennedy's lawyer would say the guy was rushing the severed head to the hospital for treatment.
I had to go look for more, what a crazy thing:

A bizarre series of events spreading from Nampa to Boise has left three people dead, a girl in the hospital and a suspect in custody facing a first-degree murder charge in Canyon County and two counts of second-degree murder in Ada County.
A Nampa woman was slain in her home and her husband is accused of deliberately crashing his pickup into a car in West Boise, killing a mother and daughter. Another girl was injured and is undergoing treatment in a Boise hospital. Alofa Time, 51, of Nampa man has been arrested on two counts of second-degree murder in connection with a double-fatal car accident in West Boise about 6:30 a.m.
Canyon County prosecutor Dave Young said Time has been charged with the first degree murder of his ex-wife, Theresa Time. Young said the Canyon County Prosecutor's Office has not yet worked out any details of his transfer from the Ada County jail, where he was in custody Thursday.
In a gruesome discovery, investigators found a severed head at the accident scene that apparently was thrown from Time's pickup. The decapitated body of Theresa Time was found later in the couple's home on Lotus Ponds Court, where crime scene investigators and coroner's staff were present much of the day.
