Coke is the way to go. What's also really good is cola with cane sugar in it. You can find it at yuppie foodie organic shops. I go in and out of Boston for Dr.'s appointments, and to make myself feel better about the trip, I'll go into Trader Joe's to get myself a six pack of cane cola.
One of these days when I'm traveling, I'm going to see a Trader Joe's and check it out. Even though it is an extra 150 calories I'm beginning to think coke is better too. I switched to diet years ago to loose weight. Yeah, right.
I'd stay away from Splenda....google "Splenda side effects"...I'm still think that what I thought was posion ivy, was a good chance a reaction to the Splenda. Not till after I broke out and was telling Mack of some of the side effects that I thought I was having, did he mention, he'd had some of the same ones just to a lesser degree...

I like Trader Joe's as a treat now and again, and I go there when I can to get some specialty items that normal grocery stores don't carry.
I'm trying to stay away from all of it. I take in very little splenda but a lot of phenylalanine. Splenda drinks are just too sweet for my taste.
I've heard a lot of good things about them. I'm going to San Diego in Dec and that's on the tourist list:')
I just have to get it out of my system. I'm drinking the tea to try to ward off the caffine headaches. I've tried to get off them before. Maybe I'll do better this time.
What kind of horses do you own?
We have an Arab, and Arab/Mustang cross and a Hackney pony... Hi carton :~)
Hullo - replying to where that picture was.... that's the road between Yelm and Elbe.
Yes, my horse is an Arab... big for an Arab, he's mostly Polish in type, used to do endurance.... My husbands is Arab/Mustang.
My good friend Bob just lost his old mule to old age. I love them. Spent 8 days on mules in AZ once. Especially a draft mule... is very cool.
One other guy in the club has mules, and a woman has gaited mules. Rode with her a couple months ago and we were trottin' the whole way to keep up.
Oh - also wanted to ask what kind of announcement you got about Capital Forest and what kind of work? Since we don't belong yet, we haven't gotten any announcement and I haven't talked to friends about it yet.
I think I know what a Hackney pony is, but just in case I don't, please describe it for me. I do know what an Arab is... my great aunt had arabs.
Why do you ask? :~)
I just asked because I was curious as to what they looked like. Of course, read any Jane Austin novel, and you can learn about a hackney... so I just wanted to see if they were the pony that pulled the hackney. By the way, she's beautiful.
There are both pony size and horse size Hackneys, they are flashy high steppers who traditionally pulled fancy little carts. The type you'd hitch up to go Sunday driving, not just to run to the lumber yard.
Tonight at church the kids outside started screaming. They found a snake. Well a deacon and his brother started chasing it off. Well guess where he decided to hide? Yep . Right under my van. There was no way I was going to open doors and load kids in the dark. The deacon moved my van. The snake was a big one.
