That's an understatement.
Dysfunctional upbringing, dysfuctional husband....young, insecure, too much to handle, not the maturity to do it....
...I think one has to look past the chic dresses, and ultra rich lifestyl.... and show some compassion.
Being rich and beautiful does not equal being at peace with oneself.
What kind of role model did she have?.....her mom ran off with an Argentine polo player.
...whatever her sins, they are held accountable now.
No need to slander her in death.
from your homepage: I went to Catholic School from K-12 and enjoyed it.
learn much about empathy ?
I have a wonderful family who I love and adore.
....and she had two sons who loved her dearly - may you never ever experience the same heartache
She got what she deserved,
Go back and read the tread....goodness you obviously don't know how to post. I NEVER said that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those words NEVER came out of my mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LEARN TO READ!!!!!!!
you said "She got what she deserved"
the other comments I referenced came from your homepage here
now - would you rather discuss the apparent lack of empathy in your posts, or resort to ad homs like "you obviously don't know how to post." or LEARN TO READ!!!!!!!
I have reread the thread and all I can figure is that you were quoting someone else in your post 14 and neglected to place quote marks or italics on it, making it appear as your own comment
is that the case
I cut and pasted somebody elses. I read through mine again and understand how that could happen. I will use quotes from now on. Have a good one. I am going to bed now. lol. Have a great weekend!!!
Thank you for your reply..I think it's really easy for us to stand in judgement of people and it's hard not to when you see such evil in the world, but we have to remember daily that GOD is always in charge and what is the greater Sin? You are right being famous, rich, beautiful does not equate with Peace and happiness, that comes from within which is the Holy Spirit.
From what I understand Diana was a Christian and I am sure she has a place in heaven...
No offense, but how can you be sure?
..what 'fruits of the spirit' did she exhibit?
I feel sorry for the person....she had wonderful opportunities, but not the maturity to accept/adapt to them...and I don't fault her for that.
But I never heard one word about her being a Christian, either from her or her family...so I'm just curious how you can be sure????
...She did 'good works' for charities, etc....that's true.
Is that what you base it on?
Well I guess you could say that it's based upon from what I know of Diana, when you say what *fruits of the spirit did she exhibit*? not sure what you mean?
Was she a sinner? of course but who isn't? did she make mistakes? of course but who doesn't?
I did not see her to have a evil heart more of a *troubled* heart.
Yes Murder, Adultery,
fornication are all sinful acts in the eyes of God, but so is:
Slander, Gossip, jealousy, envy, lustful thoughts, greed, selfishness, anger, lieing, boastful arogance.
Which is the greater sin?
I think denying GOD is, if you don't think you need to be forgiven by GOD almighty then you will be judged accordingly to all those sins I mentioned which is in the Holy Bible.
No I did not know her personally...
But I thought she had an interesting life..One that encompassed impossible dreams that came true and distressing nightmares that also came true.
She died to young and left 2 young sons...
I hope she is at PEACE now...
I hope she is too.
