Pervy Billionaire Agreed To Plea Bargain

Police report says Epstein had okayed deal in underage sex probe JULY 27--Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, now ensnared in a sleazy Palm Beach teenage sex/massage scandal, agreed earlier this year to plead guilty to an aggravated assault charge, serve five years probation, undergo "psychiatric/sexual evaluation," and have no unsupervised visits with minors, according to a police report. The details of the Epstein plea agreement--which was never finalized--are contained in an 87-page Palm Beach Police Department incident report, an excerpt of which you'll find below. According to an account by Detective Joseph Recarey, prosecutor Lana Belohlavek related to him the terms of the Epstein deal during an April 17 meeting in her Palm Beach office. Recarey reported that Belohlavek, chief of the prosecutor's crimes against children unit, told him that Epstein had accepted the plea deal via criminal attorney Guy Fronstin (who has since been replaced). Belohlavek, according to Recarey, played for him a voicemail message from Fronstin in which the lawyer "agreed to the deal" and requested that investigators "call off the grand jury as they would accept this deal." It is unclear why the plea bargain was not formally struck at that point, but the report indicates that police investigators--who anticipated five felony counts being lodged against Epstein--were incensed at what they clearly viewed as a sweetheart prosecution offer. A subsequent report notes that, in mid-May, Epstein was again offered the plea deal via his new counsel and that Belohlavek "was waiting for their answer." Epstein was arrested Sunday on a single felony count of soliciting prostitution. His alleged modus operandi--which involved underage girls, sex toys, and massage oils with names like "Joy Jelly"--is detailed in a just-released probable cause affidavit. (2 pages

Sorry I have to disagree. I'm not usually a class warfare guy but face it: If this guy was a mechanic at Midas there wouldn't be plea anything.

We need a new reality show: It'll be called "Above the Law" and will show the fates of politicians, millionaires, actors and actRESSES who violate the law.

Pervey millionaire's episode would be "Hello I'm Bubba, your cellmate. Here are some stockings for you: I like my girls to be pretty!"

IT AIN'T OVER: http://www.theconservativevoice.com/article/16456.html The Palm Beach police chief and his officers, including detectives assigned to the case, were outraged that Epstein wasn't charged with more crimes. Cops, both on and off the record, said they were furious with the county prosecutor and the State Attorney's office for the way in which this case was handled. Police Chief Michael Reiter was so angry that he wrote a letter to the state attorney complaining about the case and requesting that the prosecutor be taken off the case and replaced with one who would move to obtain a superseding indictment with addition charges. The state attorney's office claims that the police department looks at the evidence from a different perspective (i.e., from the courtroom's standpoint). The Palm Beach County prosecutor's office was embroiled in controversy for three years when they pursued a far-reaching drug investigation of conservative talk show icon Rush Limbaugh. There were accusations that the county prosecutor, a Democrat, leaked information to the news media regarding the Limbaugh case. Epstein is pals with former President Bill Clinton and Donald Trump and is known to contribute tens of thousands of dollars to the Democrat Party. Epstein's attorney stated that his client did not commit any crimes. His attorney also stated that his client passed a lie detector test stating the he was not aware that the girls were minors. Lie detector tests are not admissible in a criminal court. However, police officers counter Epstein's lawyers claims by saying they have irrefutable evidence including sworn affidavits from five alleged victims -- some who were underaged when they allegedly had sex with Epstein -- and 17 witnesses. Jeffrey Epstein was called an international mystery money man who appeared on the news media's radar when he jetted to African on his private Boeing with Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Chris Rock. New York Magazine in 2003 stated that he was a man known to love the ladies and was very secretive about his financial endeavors. The article claims no one really knows how he makes his billions of dollars. Jim Kouri, CPP

The article claims no one really knows how he makes his billions of dollars.

That's a pretty common theme among the FOB's.In fact, nobody's really sure how the Clintons turned $1000 into $100,000 in the commodities markets.
