The fallout could end up in Iran, depending on the winds. A nuke isn't something you want to use in your own neighborhood.

Perhaps Iran is not planning on bombing Israel or America, simply because of the imminent retrobution that will visit on Iran.

One could always hope for a 'work accident' -- building nukes is a precision business after all.

That's the problem. If Baghdad was nuked, they would blame it on Bush, saying that either:
1. Bush incited the whole attack.
2. That the attack was staged so that America could attack Iran

Either way, there would be a horrible loss of life and many soldiers would die. There would be no initative to attack Iran afterward and the Muslim would would believe that America did it on purpose in line with their propaganda.

What if the US has secret stealth holographic technology that can beam a giant image of Muhammad in the sky over Tehran or where ever, saying:
