Alot of that stuff about his mother (except she was mentally ill) was put out there to inflame the 'story' as the younger brother and father now have a talent agent for a book and movie deal. Coincidence?
Interesting theory and it does hold up. There was a recent article about a woman who has come forward about child sex parties in the area. She said she was victem of such stuff and the parties often transpired around Christmas to cover up the activity and cars.

This guy Karr is certainly a strange duck but I have yet to hear any charges or allegations that he has molested any children whatsoever. He was charged with misdemeanor possession of child pornography but no one has yet accused him of a single sexual act upon any child- at least that I am aware of. Is it possible that the child pornography was some sort of material gathered for his alleged research?
He also has been labeled a "sexual predator" yet there is a glaring lack of even allegations which would support this description.
It would also seem to be counter intuitive that he would seek a sex-change operation if he was attracted to female children. I can find no examples of this sexual identity problem associated with the sexual attraction to little girls in any of the texts on the subject.
There's no doubt that this guy is is bizarre, crazy as a loon and suffers from some sort of self-destructive mental problems, but I am certainly not convinced he molested and killed JonBenet Ramsey or any other child.
If I have missed any credible claims that he has molested any children or any women as the females in the above cited article mentions, please cite them for me.

I think enough time has gone by for that to have been completed.
I know a couple of people that do this. I know because I bought a car from him. The deal was $1000 check. $500 cash. When he needed money, he would go to an auction, pick up a couple of cars and re-sell them. It put cash in his pocket and made the auction purchase a wash.
I can picture a preppy, good looking dude like Karr showing up in Colorado at Christmas time to deliver a sports car. No one would blink an eye. It put cash in his pocket and the dealer plates made him anonymous.
Of course, this is only speculative but the dude I bought my car from STILL does this 20 years later and he's a frigg'n county legislator.
We also mentioned the "Southern Car" newspaper ads that were prominent years ago. Georgia or Alabama to Colorado...It's a thought.
Patsy lived vicariously through JonBenet, how could she kill her knowing everything she loved and lived for would stop? The child was her ticket to the world of glamor that she had lost. Maybe she was covering up for someone else but I don't see how she could have done it herself.

Has anyone explained how his twin daughters died (I believe the same year that JBR was born) and what their birthdate was? Very very strange.
I think the guy was just looking for a free plane trip home from Thailand.
How about the fact that he started sleeping with his first wife when she was 12?

Another fact that was reported is that the housekkeeper of the Ramsey's testified to the Grand Jury that she had taken a swiss army knife from the Ramsey's son Burke and hid it in the linen closet. She said that Patsy Ramsey was the only one who could have discovered it. That swiss army knife was found next to Jon Benet's body. A sheet from that linen closet also covered Jon Benet's dead body when it was found. The housekeeper stated that Ptsy was acting strangely the days before the killing and that she had always thought that she had a split personality and was angry at Jon Benet because the child was revolting.Again the weight of probability in this case still points to Patsy Ramsey as the killer.Its too bad there never was a trial. I believe the truth would have come out. Still don't understand why the DA could not get an indictment. I don't think he tried very hard. A good DA could get an indictment against a ham sandwich if he wanted to.Look how Tom Delay got railroaded. This was a liberal DA in a liberal town which equals a corrupt criminal justice system.

GIBSON: John, what about this phraseology? I mean, he uses this "SBTC" in notes through the years, starting in high school and then going on later. It doesn't appear in the ransom note, but this "shall be the conqueror," do you see people — well, it is in the ransom note in the bottom, "SBTC," and it's in the yearbook. Is that a giveaway that the same person wrote it?
HARGETT: I wouldn't necessarily say that's a giveaway, but I have to admit that it's very interesting that the "SBTC" appeared both — "shall be the conqueror" — in the yearbook and the "SBTC" appearing on the note.

That doesn't work. Karr's trip to the USA was a "SURPRISE!"
