Nah, you just seem to know what you're talking about. Since we don't have any evidence yet (maybe a toxo will show up later on the pineapple) we're back to our list of 7. Anyone?
1.) JMK alibi is undocumented
2.) JMK confessed to culpable knowledge of the crime
3.) JMK 'fits the profile'
4.) JMK's 1st ex-wife indicates letters signed SBTC
5.) "Shall Be The Conquerer" signature in HS annual
6.) Yes, crazies falsely confess, but real perps also involve themselves in investigations for thrills. It happens both ways. JMK tried to communicate with PR.
7.) the DA *must* have more on him

actually, that angle wasn't exhausted.
one twist that may come from a trial of Karr - it may finally allow a full public disclosure of all of the evidence in the case.

Ohhh boy. I'm glad I don't work for the Boulder DA right now...What pains me about this is if the DA doesn't really have a smoking gun then it's just more tragedy in this case, tragedy that's been dragging on for 10 years.

I wander what Karr will say to convince us that he did, in fact, do it?
I also wander if charges will be brought for the false confession? Would that be considered obstruction?
