Do you know where the sample they tested against was found? Was it mixed with something else? Thanks
the only way to ever get the truth in this case - would be for the state of colorado to appoint a special prosecutor. that's been true for a long time now.
Yea, I think she's leaked. In more ways that one.
that = than
I doubt it. Seriously.
Agree. They need a jury pooled from the entire state. Can a special prosecutor do that?
also true. I think Tracey may have some explain'n to do.
It was a leak... hopefully they find out who leaked it.
Until the Colorado DA's office comes out and makes a statement I am not going buy into it.
Yes, we do need to see it. And we need some kind of investigation into this independent of Boulder authorities.
You'll like to have to wait untik cocktail hour concludes.
I reckon the stiff stuff is flowing freely in Lacy's office.
KUSA is station who leaked it out. Who gave it to KUSA?
Nancy Gace is NOT getting a confirmation on the lack of match.
KUSA is THE station
Ha ha ha ha ha.
The gag order has been violated.
Restricted from talking about the fairess of this case.
Ummmm, your Honor? WHAT CASE?
Likely, the first person who read the results.
"If not an insult to the DA, before she has a chance to present anything, I would hate to see what an insult to her would sound like."
Hope that DA has thick skin, she will need it now.
Look on the bright side though. Rita Cosby was broadcasting live from downtown Hamilton, AL this past weekend. The temps had to be in the upper 90s with high humidity. My guess is the crew had to throw her out of the Air Conditioned RV so she could do live broadcasts. : )
CNN now confirming NO charges will be filed against JMK.
it is a breeding ground for rumors. People are foolish to buy into it without it being confirmed by the DA's office.
2 UNNAMED sources told a TV station... hmmmm
KUSA sources: Karr's DNA doesn't match; no charges to be filed
01:59 PM MDT on Monday, August 28, 2006
KUSA-TV in Denver cites two sources that DNA taken from John Mark Karr does not match samples taken from the crime scene in the death of JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.
MSNBC reports that the Boulder County District Attorney will now not charge Karr in the case.
2 UNNAMED sources told a TV station... hmmmm.....His CA lawyer wannabees?
IMOIf they turn him over to CA and he does time in the GP of the prison there, no trial will be needed.
Well, think about it. Today was the day he was supposed to be charged. If the DA knows the DNA doesn't match, then it doesn't matter if everyone knows b/c everyone will know that all charges were dropped. So, I can see why it's 'leaking' now.
