He didn't have any charges there. The police instructed the Thai police to arrest him for the JBR case. The misinformation on this thread is astounding. Everybody is a freaking expert, but noone knows squat.

Send him back to Thailand to spend time locked up in their prisons.

I'm not sure that's correct. First it was reported he was in custody in Thailand for violations there. Then it was reported that he wasn't and was being held per U.S. request. Then, it started being reported that that wasn't correct and he did have criminal charges there.
It would be nice to get a definitive answer on this once and for all. With all the reporting going on, you would THINK one of these jackasses could have nailed down this very important point!!

Dr, Baden said no, that's not accurate. He said they took fingernail clippings and there is likely multiple DNA under those nails, but that each DNA pattern can be isolated from the others.
