How do you propose ridding the U.S. of leftist professors short of lining them up against the wall and having them shot?
Wouldn't exposing them for what they are and what they plan be far more productive?

So now we dance. My observation that Pastor is a leftist professor, and that our country is flooded with them, didn't sit well with you. I have no power to keep them from their think-tanks, foundations, non-profits, and even boardrooms. You don't either. So where do you plan on going with this observation?

Ward Churchill got himself removed from Colorado, or wherever he was. Please.

So now we dance.Oh, yes,
let's!
My observation that Pastor is a leftist professor, and that our country is flooded with them, didn't sit well with you. You twit, I agree that he's a leftist professor! How can that not sit well with me? And there are replies of mine which indicate that I'm all
too aware of the leftist professors flooding our
nation.
What I
do disagree with you on is that he is no longer in a position to do/influence anything!
Pastor is a seriously misguided fellow, and should he ever get in a position where his ideas carry any weight, then I'll be the first to move to a bunker in Idaho. You don't think that his current job does just that?
Banana boxes. Lots of banana boxes.
I have no power to keep them from their think-tanks, foundations, non-profits, and even boardrooms. You don't either.
Did I ever claim to have that power?
So where do you plan on going with this observation?
I was wondering the same thing about yours.

Ward Churchill got himself removed from Colorado, or wherever he was.His own actions are what got him removed, once they were exposed.
Oops, I stepped on your toes. Sorry about that.
To: philman_36
Isn't that supposition on your part? [chortle]

Let's go to the instant replay...
Ward Churchill got himself removed from Colorado, or wherever he was.
His own actions are what got him removed, once they were exposed.
Ward Churchill fired
Looks like a trip to me.
To: philman_36
Are you suggesting that there is a difference between:
"Ward Churchill got himself removed from Colorado, or wherever he was," and "His own actions are what got him removed, once they were exposed?"
Even the instant replay ref has to provide a reason for the call.

What is 'avoiding the question' called? Stumbling?

Are you suggesting that there is a difference...I'm saying it. Are you saying there
isn't a difference?
Did he
want to get
fired?
Your statement...
Ward Churchill got himself removed...indicates he did what he did with the
intent of getting fired from the outset. I don't think so. He wanted to do what he did with impunity and continue doing so.
Ward Churchill threatens to 'sue' if his firing is upheldI have to go get ready for work, but I'll be back later.
To: philman_36
Don't bother, I was speaking colloquially. If you think I was claiming that Churchill intended to get himself fired, then . . . heck, this is pointless.

I've still have a few minutes before heading out...
...this is pointlessVery well, then. How about we move on to what
isn't pointless. You did make a point, didn't you?

I do not deny that co-authoring a paper published by the CFR, or writing a book, makes one weightless. It simply makes one weigh as much as others that co-author papers published by think tanks or write books.
I would argue that someone such as Noam Chomsky has some (my nod to you) weight, but having Hugo Chavez promote one of his books does nothing in the grand scheme of things. Nor does World Net Daily's flogging of this issue give any more weight to someone such as Jerome Corsi (also a professor and author).

Please substitute "do not claim" for "do not deny."
