San Diego - Today I took my elderly mother to WalMart for a shopping expedition. While shopping in the Christmas section, I noticed a fully veiled female. I was taken aback a bit but then noticed she was an employee with a blue WalMart shirt on. I'm not talking a head scarf but a full on burka, with a full dress down to the feet. Only the eyes and the hands were visible. I thought for security reasons this was not allowed. For a moment I thought I was dreaming. Is anyone else seeing fully veiled females anywhere else let alone WalMart. I am very concerned.

I saw one in the West End here in Dallas. It was so out of place. Everybody stared. Saw one in Alabama at a rest stop. Again people just stared. I see Muslim women with the head scarf...but the rest of the clothing is normal.

I also have seen one in a mall in Birmingham, Alabama, at the Galleria. Head to toe, even the hands were pretty much covered, and the eyes were behind this net type material.

I have crow's feet also, but this is Alabama, and in the summertime, (it was in the 70's today) lots of people wear flip flops. We ladies have different styles to go with our capri pants, doncha know.

Most retailers are doing quite well..except Walmart and today the stock exchange took a beating over it.
Grassroots people will boycott and boycott good. First it was promoting homosexuals and now this. Bring it on Wallie----the next boycott might do you in completely!
