No, silly. "Burkhead" is my brother-in-law's name. I was wondering how HE managed to be the father of Anna Nicole's baby. I thought Tiny Tommy Daschle was.

They have done the DNA tests. Eventaully it will be proved he is the father. Until then, Stern has the child.

Howard K. Stern has refused to allow any DNA sample to be taken from the baby.
So, at this point, Larry Birkhead can't prove anything.
A DNA sample has already taken from Anna Nicole and is being preserved.
ALso, HKS won't agree to give DNA. Mr. Stern is not claiming to be the "natural" father, he is simply claiming that he is legally the father. His name is on the birth certificate as the father, and his name is given in the "fantasy" will of Anna Nicole, that he is the administrator of the estate. I say fantasy will, because no one has produced the original will, nor seems to know where it is. They are refering to a faxed copy from the law office which drew up the document, but the faxed copy hasn't been notarized.

Anna Nicole who? Never heard of her.
Don't know she recently died. Or had a son who recently died. Or wants to be buried in the Bahamas. And is estranged from her mother, and was once Playmate of the Year. And I have no knowledge of her association with TrimSpa.
Anna Nicole? Nope, doesn't ring a bell.
Daniel was born in 1986 to Anna and her first husband, Bill Smith.
Birkhead and Smith met in 2003.
Daniel was a good-lookin' kid.
