On February 19, 2007, Judge Larry Seidlin of the Broward County Circuit Court appointed attorney Richard C. Milstein guardian ad litem to Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, the five-month-old baby of the late Vickie Lynn Marshall, a.k.a. Anna Nicole Smith. See: http://www.akerman.com/documents/res.asp?id=399
Three days later, while sobbing, the same judge, Larry Seidlin, gave the guardian he appointed, attorney Richard C. Milstein, custody of Anna Nicole's body. See: http://www.breitbart.com/news/2007/02/22/D8NF0DQ81.html
The guardian, attorney Richard C. Milstein, is a known gay activist in the Miami area. See: http://www.aegis.com/news/mh/2005/MH051011.html
I really doubt it...
>>I really doubt it...<<
Doubt what?
The judge is a weirdo - and his buddy was 43 when he found out he was gay?
Something rotten in Denmark.
Aside from caring about the future of that poor child, who gives a rat's rearend about this typically strange Florida judge or the cast of freaks involved? Florida remains too dangerous to even drive through on the way to somewhere else.
Wish the DNA would have been ordered to finally determine paternity.
...interesting facts...

I'm still processing it.......

LOL!
Can you imagine what her mother is going to say when she's through "processing it?" That Judge is a nut case.

Why did you even bother to post? You have too much time on your hands.
Thanks for posting this
>>>Why did you even bother to post?<<<
LOL. Good one.
Ain't easy, or even reasonable, to do that according to a map....LOL...

Hmm... A week or so ago my wife and I were discussing the high crime rate in Florida.
Seems to me that if Howierd K Stern knew he was the father, he'a been holding out some appendage or other to give a DNA sample in front of every available media outlet. Wonder why he won't.
There's no need to drive through Florida to get to somewhere else unless you're wandering back and forth across the northern border or planning on catching a plane or cruise ship.
Point number two: I've been through Tennessee many times and you have your problems just like anywhere else. It's just that we have a lot more people here and the law of averages gives us a lot more bloomin' idiots here, so your statement is valid. Somehow we did manage to end up with fewer rednecks however.
Your loss.
The judge was very odd....after seeing his performance, it's no wonder out courts are circus side shows. Whatever happened to jurist professionalism. I'm sickened by his antics.
