Good advice - dump Viacom shares. Yet I feel bad for the judge - it is like watching a troubled person exhibited at a freak show. And there seems to be no end to loony judges - just read about Judge Sheldon Rand who ordered NYC to pay for sex change for some weirdo.

"The judge signed a deal with CBS two days ago according to Fox News."
Which could be the reason he went ahead and made a decision on Thursday instead of Friday. He knew it wouldn't look right.
