It took only a few minutes with progressives and I knew they wouldn't work for me.

It comes and goes, depending on what I'm doing.

I understand. The nice thing is that you can always have things in focus, but I found it an annoyance to be always shifting my head to focus on things. I finally set the line height on my lined glasses to be such that in meetings the laptop screen was in focus close up, but I could see the others without shifting my head.

Then of course the company gave me a laptop with a bigger screen, so I had to go to reading glasses instead. *\:-(
