Should voting be by secret ballot.
Yes, the sanctity of the voting booth prevents people from being pressured by the powerful and is a bulwark of the democratic process.
No, private ballots keep workers from forming unions they really want because, because, because, I dont know why but Joe Sestak and the Democratic Party say so, so it must be true because they CARE!

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
No - because, because, because aaauuuhhhhhh.
Whoaaa! 100% Of course it's only 7 votes.
LOL love the phrasing of the choices.
"love the phrasing of the choices"
Whoever does the polls is funny.
Years ago I started a new job and was to finish my probationary period the day after a big union vote. The vote was to decide if we would switch to the UAW or stay in the AFL-CIO.
Oddly enough the management decided to end my probationary period one day early. (just in time for the vote) They also took me and showed me movies of UAW shops that had closed.
I was allowed to vote with the union but due to my early entry my vote was contested meaning my name went on the ballot.
There was some seriously illegal crap pulled by both the union and the company that needed not be done because I wasn't interested in UAW membership anyway.
"seriously illegal crap pulled by both the union and the company"
Bribery, kickbacks. Someone didn't want to give it up.
I voted yes, even though former Admiral Joe Sestak would want me to vote NO!
100% is a great number. I hope we keep it that way.
Send the traitorous congress critters a msg.
