No, I don't know if she was "seen" by the hotel doctor. You're right - I can never get anything prescribed by my doctor without him having to see me first. Oh the life of the peasantry... (Hey, I'll take peasantry any day over these lives we have seen in the ANS saga....)

If King Eric owned it, why was it at a yacht brokerage in Miami - King Eric was "like family" to ANS. That doesn't make sense.

I have waited until a time when I wouldn't be personally attacked, but there never has been a moment in the past 48 hours when I could safely post here.

I don't appreciate the snide remark, as if what happened in the mean time didn't happen.

Oh That's right... one with correct spellings.

Well we might just have to stick with the list with the incorrect spellings.

Sorry that you consider my truthful response to be a snide remark. But hey people take things the way they want.

>>>If King Eric owned it, why was it at a yacht brokerage in Miami - King Eric was "like family" to ANS. That doesn't make sense.>>>

So either A) They (HKS and ANS) came all the way from the Bahamas to get a boat in King Gibson's name. Or B) They came all the way from the Bahamas to transfer a boat from the name of a person who was already in the Bahamas. C) They (no need for ANS or HKS in this case) came all the way from the Bahamas to purchase a boat in the name of King Gibson. Either way, something fishy is going on.

He might be uneducated, like ANS, but I think he has a lot of street smarts, is well connected, and at least one of his children, maybe more, have held high positions in the government.

"King" Eric Gibson is a Bahamian musician and entrepreneur. He is also the semiofficial Ambassador of Bahamian Goodwill.

Gibson was born on the small island of Acklins to a musical family, although he didn't pursue music until his adulthood. After leading several musical acts in the 1950s, Gibson formed King Eric & His Knights around 1957, which specialized in a modernized style of calypso music, a type of Caribbean folk music that received worldwide recognition when American singer Harry Belafonte released the album Calypso in 1956. King Eric & His Knights enjoyed immediate popularity among tourists in Nassau, almost certainly due to their performances of the Calypso folksongs made famous by Belafonte. The band regularly performed at nightclubs and hotels, where their records (often in high demand by both tourists and locals) could be purchased in the gift shop. In 1966, Gibson opened a recording studio to support other native Bahamian musicians.

While the lineup of the Knights continued to rotate, King Eric & His Knights remained a popular musical staple in Nassau, often headlining music festivals. In 1973, Gibson formed the "King & Knights Club", a nightclub that not only featured the band, but a variety show that included carnival-style entertainment such as fire juggling and limbo dancing.

King Eric & His Knights also enjoyed popularity outside of the Bahamas, touring in North America and Australia.

While the international appeal of calypso music has dwindled in recent times, "King" Eric Gibson remains a successful entertainer and businessman in Nassau. In addition to performing nightly at his "New King & Knights Club", he is active in the regatta and maintains a successful racing sloop. He recently opened his own restaurant that combines Italian cuisine with traditional Bahamian dishes.

Boats have to be registered so it's a matter of seeing if all the paperwork was completed ....

I think I remember reading that ANS and HKS went to Florida two weeks earlier to look at the boat. Maybe that should be added to the timeline? Trip to Florida --- January 25th or thereabouts

In other words, Howard and Anna didn't HAVE to go to Florida at all. They BOTH had seen the boat before.

Brooks doesn't seem to be right on top of all the case details, just some of them - so I don't think he asked the right question.

King Eric might have thought he did mean some boat in the Bahamas, such as the catamaran on which the commitment ceremony took place, e.g. HKS/ANS went around telling lots of people they were going to buy things that they then didn't.

I also hope he didn't get mixed up on the "captain" of the boat, as some media did. Just means HKS didn't know how to operate the boat himself. King Eric as captain, just means he is in charge of operating the boat at sea, not that he owns it.

I was personally attacked for saying words were misspelled in the first list and some of the info was wrong. Same person has attacked me with personal cruel remarks now 3 times within this ANS case and I won't tolerate it.

Poster claimed to be leaving, but was always the last poster every time, even in the middle of the night, that I tried to post my case name list - as I've done for many other cases before this. I am following this case closely and don't want to have to refrain from posting.

It takes a number of posts and needs to be all strung together for people to copy - so takes some cooperation to do it - and I won't get it from the mean people. It's quite lengthy and I hate to Freepmail it, because it's for all to reference.

It's certainly evidence that the "deadly" Florida trip was unnecesary.

Howard made it so complicated....but so orderly that it's gonna hang him. Hell, he couldn't even think of two different ways to kill them.

As I said before, the fact that two deaths of two related persons dying in different places within the same small timeframe (1-2 hrs max)is astronomical. I'm a mathematician by profession. (I'm still considering death via inhalation....the quickest way to get something directly into the bloodstream.)

Freepmail thread nanny on this. You have been a constant and wonderful poster since this started and I won't tolerate it either. We have had a good thread and no need for stupid attacks on spelling. There is nothing stupider than correcting spelling when you are posting in a chat type forum and it show ignorance on the part of the corrector.

Let me know and I will keep an eye and help you out and please don't stop posting.
