I think it's a little difficult for most women to see the gray hair and wrinkles pop up. Women like ZsaZsa don't have to worry about earning a living (well not at her age), but age discrimination is alive and well in the real world.

OTOH, actresses like Bette Davis and Katherine Hepburn worked into their 70's. Of course they had talent...

"Adoption would be a blessing to this baby. If any of the players in this case have any interest in doing the right thing for this child, that is precisely what they would do."

Why do you say that? Just curious.

I'm guessing yes also. Still looking for a divorce. CA doesn't have the database that Texas has on marriages and divorces. Had to stop and shovel food in granddaughters mouth. She's only 7 months but eats like a horse!

Seidlin got bad press...But Howard was the BIG LOSER in the scenario and you can bet that Seidlin slept real well after it was over and Howard was p***** out of his mind and paced all night...for several nights.

Attorneys play judges. I've even seen an attorney bring the judge flowers IN COURT because it was her birthday.

This court was different. Seidlin played Barth and folks thought he was oogling. She thought she had it made in the shade.

IF Howard had to do it again, I think he would have agreed to an out of court deal and had Daniel buried in the states with some control of the arrangements. Remember, Larry AND Virgie said he should be buried in the USA.

Howie, Howie, sitting on the stand.

Sipping air with a pretty shaky hand.

Seidlin was thinking as his eyes filled with tears.

Say the right words and you'll get 50 years.

Seidlin was a Prize!!

I'll bet HK$ never thought in a million years that all the stuff that was brought up in that trial would be revealed in a custody for her body.

I think you are right about the 'Memory Loss' statement being important. I don't believe she had memory loss about Daniel's death at all. I think HKS had her sedated and drugged up so he could 'recount' the events to her as HIS version of what happened. I also think the statement read by Michael Scott was written by HKS, and the mention of 'memory loss' was another way to discredit anything ANS might say at the formal investigation into Daniel's death.

I also remember that Larry said that the first substantive time spent with her was at some sort of kids' camp. Maybe something relating to handicapped or something. Anyway, he made the point that she didn't wear make-up, pulled her hair up in a ponytail, etc. And, he was impressed with her "naturalness" and how genuine she seemed.

You hear that even from the media who interviewed her in her more lucid moments...that she was intelligent and had a very good sense of humor.

It's all sad.

There is something else he said, and it's been bugging me. Anna used a missing persons service to track down her father. They communicated until 1994, when the relationship between them just petered out. 2006-1994= 12 yrs. How long did HKS and Anna "work together"? 12 yrs.

Am I reading too much into that?

No, you are not reading too much into it. Many have spoken about how Mr. step-and-fetchit isolated Anna from family and friends. Appears that was his mission in life.

I think Virgie is the right person, too. She can explain things from when Anna was a little girl.

Virgie won't bad mouth Anna when the time comes. It'll be an "experience is the best teacher" story filled with kindness and love.

What's the justification on supporting HKS? That is unbelievable.

I think HK$ came into the picture around 2002. Can anyone verify this? I could be wrong. It could have been a lot sooner.

Virgie's downfall was her comment to Nancy Grace that she should be careful or she "would be next", implicating HKS in Daniel's death. It was soon after than she filmed her "mommy dearest" speech for the camera.
