IMHO, the native Jordanians (not the recent "refugees") and Syrians are the ones who treat their women with the most respect. Relatively speaking, of course.
Saudis are the most primitive life form I can think of.... I've had loads of run messing with them lately, but that's another story, for another time. ;o)
