This guy is a photographer. He fit the discriiption so he was hog tied for awhile. Not a second shooter.
Top guy is a student paper staff member that wouldn’t comply with the LEO’s orders so he was cuffed. Don’t know who the other guy is .
Guess you missed the memo. There have been a number of stories posted about this. The guy is a photographer for the Va Tech paper. Just in the wrong place at the wrong time. It all ended well.
I think he was found near the grassy knoll.
There should have been a second shooter— someone returning fire at the first shooter.

Ugh. I’m sure that by this time, the cops had a description of an asian male shooting the place up. Better to cuff, remove from scene and ask questions later, than to prolong a potential confrontation. Simly taking too long to follow police instructions would be grounds for this.
This is the pinnacle of racial profiling put to good use in a hectic environment.
This is a non issue and smacks of tabloid “journalism” since Savage KNOWS the real answer.
