“protected from unauthorized disclosure.” They published it on the internet. What are they talking about? They don’t want it printed on the back of a camel? They can say it but we can’t talk about it? They want to retain the option of....what? Why even do this?

If it is on the President's website, then he has authorized its disclosure.
