I’m mixing the Ice Trucker episodes, which are repeated later tonight, with CFL football live. God, I love TIVO.
Anyone know how many episodes are in the season pass on iTunes?
I took that job off my list when I saw what happens when the your truck creates a “bow wave” of water under the ice. Talk about having a bad day!

My nephew runs the logistics(ice-roads and heli) for one of those diamond shows - he now curses worse than a logger.
It is one hellishingly stressful job - worse than running concrete pours(my old forte).
There’s plenty of good men in the north-west of Canada.
They’ve been showing this just about every night or so, and those guys are...something else. I was stationed in Alaska for a year and North Dakota for a few, and I thought we had it bad. Those guys are operating in a much more extreme environment with little backup. It’s a wonder more don’t end up dead.
FYI, this coming sunday, there will be a full Ice Road Truckers marathon starting around noon (possibly 1pm, depending on time zone), it’ll lead straight through to the final episode.
