A statement filed by his lawyers said: "The wife did not teach the husband to swing a golf club. "The wife did not teach the husband to win."Maybe she should have. He had trouble learning from anybody else.

His wife Laura, with whom he has two grown-up children, cut a lonely figure as she left the court in tears. Being £50m richer, I doubt she'll be lonely for long.

If she were a nice person I would find a way say nice things about her.

Evert looks like shes been rode hard and put away wet! Wow, that is harsh. At least she was a hetero. Most of the women tennis stars of her era were flaming dykes.

Greg has been hitting the sauce for many years, which accounts for his appearance.

Judging from her adulterous behavior - with a horrible impact on two families -— she deserves “harsh”.

I thought she was already divorced when she began dating Norman. AT least that is what the article implied, ie. she had just divorced Mills.

The timing of the two divorces — doesn’t bear at all on when they started screwing around....
The article also doesn’t address the GROUNDS for Chris’s divorce from Mill or why Mill considered Norman’s behavior a “betrayal”.
One could draw the conclusion that Chris’s divorce, involving a large payment to Mill, indicated no fault by Mill..
To believe the “love affair” commenced AFTER the twin divorces is naive - at best.
The KEY word I drew from Mill’s statement, was “who considered Norman his “best friend”, was heartbroken by his betrayal” - was BETRAYAL.
I wouldn’t consider having my ex-wife marry my best friend - after a divorce ABSENT of adultery - a BETRAYAL.

“sometimes I feel like I am the last of the married for life people around....”
My parents were married in 1943 and remained so until my father’s death. My oldest sister was married in 1974 and is still with her husband, my other sister married in 1989 and is still married. So, there are others who are still together!

thank you for your kind post.
I actually know nothing of Chrissie's life, choices, etc....I just remember her when she as at her prime...the last I probably saw a picture of her was when she became 'Chris Evert Lloyd'.
I just thought she looked good...couldn't comment on her actual 'inner beauty' (or lack thereof...snort).
