Miami attorney Jack Thompson, however, claims that he's depicted in the game and wants out. And he threatens to block the release of GTA IV if Rockstar doesn't comply....

I always think this guy gets too much press.
Well I have to agree with him that he probably does own the image rights for an insane lawyer that that thinks videogames are evil and will sue anybody who disagrees with him, even his own bar association. He has obviously worked very hard for this carefully crafted image.
Reminds me of Bill O’Reilly’s hit-pieces on porn.... He sure seems to watch a lot of it in his “research”.
