You know, it actually seems like a very useful tool, once one gets past the “built-in shadow tiddler” and other disturbing feature names.

I use the TiddlyWiki as my note-taking widget
It will add the current Web page, or the pre-selected snippet
But TiddlySnip adds three commands, a tiddler to create
It’s all quite Wiki-wacky, but I’m sure it Tiddlys great!
