WWE Superstars and Divas will again be personally delivering holiday greetings to the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces stationed overseas. The footage can be seen during WWE's annual "Tribute to the Troops" show which will air on Monday, December 24, 2007, 9/8 CT on USA Network.

I don't normally post vanities, but I really do feel that the things that WWE does for our troops should be more widely known. EVERY year since the war in Iraq has begun, the WWE has taken it upon themselves to spend a week in Iraq or Afghanistan and put on a great show for our troops. This year's show will air here on Monday, December 24th at 9pm Eastern/8pm Central, USA Network.

The page I have linked above shows a lot of what WWE does for our troops, the Tribute show is just part of what the WWE has done for the troops throughout the year.

Thanks for posting this.

the WWE has been doing this for MORE THAN 5 YEARS. NOT the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB as a group. Regardless of the steroid scandals or even if you’re not a pro wrestling fan, Vince Mcmahon shows his support for the troops with his actions.
